Service Contracts

Rest assured knowing that St. Louis Mobile Tech support professionals will be waiting and ready when you need us. You get guaranteed response times and discounted hourly rates with a service contract. Not to mention that after hours and emergency support are also the same low hourly rate for contract holders. Prices vary according to organization size and need. All service contracts are considered month to month unless a 6 month or 12 month prepayment has been made. Prepay for 6 months and receive a 5% discount and prepay for 12 months and receive a 10% discount. All prepaid contracts receive a free once a year cleaning on all workstations. Support Contracts

Build on the solid foundation of your service contract with an additional support contract. Support contracts are built around a prepaid block of hours per month according to your organizations needs and provide an opportunity to earn free hours. Buy five prepaid hours a month and get one free! By ten prepaid hours a month and get two free! The more prepaid hours a month the better the discounted rate. Support contract holders also can arrange for Net 15-30 payment terms and credit terms if necessary. Call for more details.

Maintenance Contracts

Maintenance contracts offer the best level of preventative maintenance and support available. Combine with a service or support contract for the ultimate peace of mind. 24/7/365 monitoring of your network and server systems. Monthly scheduled updates and maintenance on all critical systems.
